Happy New Year!
On this day many make resolutions that are often broken or forgotten before January 31. I have never been one to make resolutions so I will not start now. I do want to achieve some stitching goals. This year I want to stitch at least one ornament per month, decrease my list of W.I.Ps, stitch more from my stash, and finish some of the pieces that I already have stitched. I am a very slow stitcher and I don't want to get discouraged I will be setting small goals each month.
Last year I was able to stitch an ornament-month and want to continue that in 2009. BeckySC sponsors Let's Stitch a blog group that stitches each Friday night. The motivation has helped a lot of stitcher complete projects and make major progress on others. I will continue in the group to help me whittle down my stash. I am also hoping to use Vonn'a blog Seasonal Ornament SAL to motivate me and keep me on track.
Goals for 2009;
1. Stitch at least one Christmas ornament per month
2. Take part in a few exchanges
3. Work on my WIPs
4. Complete at least 1 UFO
